office using an in-office lightening system using a laser.
This method provides result sin one to two hoursThe same results may be obtained more economically through dentist-supervised at-home lightening, but take longer to achieve. At-home lightening can be done on consecutive days (or nights) or as you wish. Of course, you will see the results more quickly when you use the materials daily for the recommended time.
